We provide the grill, skills, table, chairs, plates, silverware, glasses, sauces and menu items professionally prepped and packed.

All menu Items come with soup, salad, noodles, fried rice, veggies and hibachi sauces

Set-up Fee: $350

Travel fee: $2.00 per mile one way

To begin the booking process please provide the following information by email: reservations@thebackyardhibachi.com

Name

Number of people for your reservation | Minimum: 8 | Maximum: 14 | $20 additional surcharge per person after 14 people up to 18 guest.

Reservation date and time | $500 surcharge for Holidays |

Menu items selected for each person in your reservation | Due 7-10 days before your party

Address where your event will be held | For up to 14 guest we will need a 15x20 space for the set up | For more than 14 guest we will need a 15x30 space | In case of rain you will be responsible for providing a covered area for the set-up | We cannot cook inside of the house due to lack of ventilation | All areas, pathways and set-up area must be cleared before we arrive for set-up | We cannot go up or down any stairs because of the weight of the grill.

After the deposit ($150) is paid you will be officially booked! Invoice for your party is due in full 5 days before your party. | $150 deposit is non-refundable | Cancel for a full refund (less the deposit) 36 hours before your reservation time.
